I've been called a tree-hugging granola cruncher by some of my friends, but I'm really not. I'm just trying to appreciate all the simple joys life has to offer...my rugged and handy hubby, my silly kids, good friends, great food, lots of fun, and of course, ICE CREAM & CHOCOLATE !
