Things to do on a cold & snowy day

When it looks like this out...

here are some things you can do!

play in the snow, of course!
Imagine a visit to the Island of Sodor
Build potato heads
Create structures with blocks
Read (but no Twilight here... :) )
Get in your pj's and watch a good movie
Remember Colorforms? Still a hit!
We kept VERY busy today! Kendall's school let out early today, so she was able to enjoy our activities as well. We've accumulated 6 inches of snow today, and it's still snowing. I'm thinking we may have a snow day tomorrow, and at the very least, a delay. Who knows what we'll do then? Play-doh? Sewing projects? Scrapbooking? Who knows...the possibilities are endless! Stay warm and safe, peeps!

I like to use masking tape on my hardwood floors to make hopscotch grids. It's great for getting my two moving, and helps my son out with his coordination.

Can't believe all the snow you have. We haven't had any, it's just COLD here!
