Can't you just feel the orneriness (is that even a WORD???) while you're looking at this picture? He is just waiting to get into something! Oh wait...don't forget about his partner in crime...
These two are inseparable! Unfortunately, Scout has the only position in the family that is lower on the food chain than Noah, and boy does he pay for it. Noah takes every opportunity to yell at him, or push him away, or tell us what "Scouty" is doing wrong. "NO, Scouty!!! Off the carpet!!", or "SCOUT!! SCOUT!! LEAVE IT, SCOUT!!!" or even "YUCKY, Mama! Scouty!! Stop wickin' Noah's toes!!!". I have to admit, it does get old after a while. He takes great pride in disciplining his pup. And yes, we've talked with him about being nice to Scout...we tell him what a good dog Scout is and how Scout is just kissing his toes...but to no avail. But then, just when you think you'll have to separate them, they become thick as thieves, plotting their next adventure (or rather, the next mess I will have to clean up!). Every little boy needs a dog!

Yes--every boy *does* need a dog! And ornriness? I don't think so! You can practically see the halo : )
I love your "Noah Posts"...he's such a cutie and a little mischief maker too...makes for some great blogs! LOL!!
Scout is such a cute doggie too!
Those eyes just dance with possibilities and a bit of mischief as well.
Great family pictures.
