So after much hard work, here is our Christmas tree...complete with the animatronic dog sitting underneath it! Clearly, when the tree was out growing on the tree farm, standing next to all those really TALL trees, we thought it was a good-sized tree. But alas, how big the tree actually looks once you get it into the house and up! This tree is every bit of 10 feet tall!!! Good thing we have such a high ceiling in the great room! We put all of our ornaments on it, and it still looks a little sparse...but that's OK, I kind of like it that way! The kiddos were very proud of their hard work...
And of course, we always have to do the obligatory "silly picture"!! Kendall won't stop pestering me until it's done...so here ya go!
Clearly, my kids have those weird genes that allow them to do things like cross their eyes and roll their tongues. Must come from Barry's side... ;0)

Okay that tree is the BOMB! I love it! The huger the better right? ha ha ha makes me think of that part in the movie Elf where he cuts down the central park tree in NYC and puts it in their living room and tries to get the star on top! ha ha ha
