I got in around 11:15 last night, and headed to bed around midnight. So why on earth was I wide awake at 4:49 A.-freakin'-M??? And yes, I've been up ever since. WHATEVER. So frustrating.
Well, I've been wanting to get myself motivated to start back up with my yoga practice, so I guess now's the time...
Sun salutations, here I come!

Aren't you exhausted already? I got up voluntarily at the crack of dawn, but I went to bed early enough to accomodate it. If I were you, I know I'd crash in the middle of the day.
Yoga is next on my list of "healthy activities to become obsessed with." After my Achilles tendonitis from *completely* overdoing it with the running heals up a bit . . .
Get some sleep, girl! : )
You are my HERO!! I am working so hard at finding a spot in my day to incorporate something like this or hey...just any excercize at the moment. LOL!!
I keep saying that this Spring is time for HEALTH to begin...eating from our garden (hopefully, I have never had a garden before...) and excercizing!
Terri - Actually, I'm really not even tired yet. And, I work until 9:00, so it will end up being a long day!
Countrymouse - I LOVE yoga! And it's pretty much an injury-free activity!
Logzie - Thanks, girl. Yoga is nice because it doesn't take a long time, you don't have to shower afterward, and it really helps to clear your mind and help your body feel so good. I always sleep better when I do regular yoga!
You've got me thinking now...that sounds like something I really need. Any suggestions on a DVD I should start with?
P.S.-thanks again for your comment about my melt down. Seriously, it felt great to be understood. Thanks!!
Enjoy your yoga practice. What a great way to start the day!
