Ok, ok, so it's not ALL finished... but here is Part I of my big home improvement project. First, the "before" pictures of my little half bath...
The white walls were driving me crazy!! It was just so...BLAH!!!
And now for the "after" shots! I decided to go with chocolate brown to warm things up a bit and found an awesome rug that I LOVE...
And here's my oil-rubbed bronze faucet I found on Craig's List!! Amazing how much that really pulled the bathroom together!
And check out the mounted piece of log there on the sink. Do you think it's too weird? I found it at Marshalls for $7.00 and thought, "What better house to display this in than mine???"
And this was the piece that was taking so long! I couldn't find the perfect accessory for above the toilet! The wall is so tall, but somewhat narrow...and the toilet is not centered on the wall. After trying a couple of different things, I was getting frustrated. But then, I came upon this at Kirklands and it was on clearance for $14.99! It is PERFECT!
So there you go! And that is just the beginning. I've been painting and decorating my little heart out. Coming soon...NOAH'S NEW ROOM!

I LOVE LOVE LOVE it!! I think that log display is perfect...for that bathroom and your house! Not many people could pull it off but you totally can! I love the brown and your mirror is awesome! But most of all...that picture is hilarious!!!!
